What is the Market Update? The Market Update is statistical data representing the amount of active and sold properties in the last year. It is updated each month and data is collected from real estate sales in the Hattiesburg City, Oak Grove, Petal, and Outlying areas. The Update displays the months supply and how many houses are sold each month on average within several price ranges beginning at $75,000.
The Canebrake Market Update contains information similar to the market update, but only pertaining to the Canebrake Subdivision. In this report we have divided Canebrake into five main areas and also calculated price per square foot.
